Shipping policy

We use USPS for the majority of our shipments, though there may be customers or products that require us to use other providers.

Emails will be sent when shipment labels are created. They will contain tracking information for your products.

If there is ANY damage to your package when it is delivered please take a picture before opening. We use 200lb test Kraft cardboard boxes for most deliveries, so it should be fine...but just in case we can get you new books faster, or worst case scenario a refund, if we can prove the fault lies with the shipping provider.
